We have the expertise to properly determine the best place for the new home foundation. We keep all aspects of a client's home in mind from their back yard to their driveway.

Blaha Excavating has the proper equipment and expertise to set elevations for a new home correctly. In the past we have seen homes elevations set too high or too low, and unfortunately the customer is stuck with it. There are a few things a contractor can do to fix it such as adding more dirt to the yard or taking some out. Once the house is in you cannot move the house and set the elevations again! This is why it is crucial to hire someone with the experience to properly set your homes elevation and foundation.

We can do all of the dirt work from start to finish; from digging the foundation to the utility lines and landscaping. We have a fleet of trucks and equipment to complete all phases of a new home build. Our goal is to leave each client happy and at ease knowing the project was done right.
